B&B Hotel Napoli - Naples

Very friendly staff (Ciao, Antonio!). Wonderful roof terrace overlooking the Vesuvius. The door to the room opens without a key, the code password is very unusual. There's a train station and a metro nearby. And very close by there is even a place to eat (Fratelli la Bufala) if you arrive late and do not want to go to town.

There was a bit of a shower, but it's little things. As for the location: this is really not a very clean area, where you meet mostly black people in the street, there are really a lot of them. It didn't bother me, my girlfriend - on the contrary. So it's up to you to decide. But we even walked from the centre to the hotel once at night - it's OK.

The breakfast was delicious with a sweet or savory meal, liked what was offered.

Friendly staff, nice, attentive, close and professional. They provide you with all kinds of information and manage taxi reservations and recommendations for nearby restaurants. location of the hotel is perfect both for exploring the city (close to the historical centre) and for taking trains to visit the surrounding area (Pompeii, Herculaneum, Fields, Amalfi Coast), as it is just a few metres from the central station. breakfast at a very good price and very correct, unpretentious.

We traveled as a family, my room in particular was spectacular, with a breathtaking view of Vesuvius, but there was a lot of difference with others that were given to the rest of the group, dark and smaller and that cost the same. They should make some distinction in prices so that when you book you can choose either an outside room with a view (more expensive) or a darker inside room (cheaper). It is not logical to pay the same for such different rooms. In spite of this I would repeat hotel

location excellent for trains,buses, and exploring naples . Staff very helpful unfortunatley restaurant was closed during stay.

Not safe, Hotel staff were terriblely poor. Hotel Notice say Hotel don't responsible for any personal loss in the hotel.

Reception staff were very rude and unfriendly.

I loved the staff, very helpful and attending. Our room was spacious and air conditioned and very comfortable. Breakfast was great woth all sorts of food.

great service, they provide a public parking and free wi-fi. the hotel staff is excellent and amicable.

The room was large and spacious, a pleasant surprise. I appreciated the daily housekeeping. It kept everything tidy after long days of exploring. The bed was super comfy, perfect for crashing after all that walking. My only issue was the bathroom felt a bit cramped. Plus, I could hear some noise from the street, but it wasn't too bothersome.

The only thing which I like is location of the hotel - near the railway station. Big rooms.

Needs reparation. No hotel's parking - only 5minutes walking and expensive(18 Euro). Generally not cousy.

The location was very central, favourable sURE TO TELL THE DRIVER THAT YOU KNOW THE RATE IS €20 BEFORE YOU GET IN THE TAXI. Besides, we where short walk to the central railway station.

Some of the staff were not particularly welcoming.

I enjoyed a spacious room with a powerful shower and modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to transport and restaurants. Daily housekeeping ensured cleanliness and fresh towels. The staff were friendly and offered great local tips. I would definitely return 😊

tiny, hard beds, dark lighting, slow drains, awful soap. Was supposed to have pool-none available when asked.

first of all ,the breakfast is buona! and the location is very close to the station and spacca napoli ,which you should go see first . the hotel staffs have very gentle feeling and helpful, napolitani veri!.

Loved the rooftop terrace for evening hangouts and the great location near transportation! Rooms were modern and spacious, perfect for my group.
